  • Q: My family is vegetarian. Will this system still work for us?

    A: Absolutely! This system is based on the principle of storing what your family eats and loves. Although some of the instruction is meat-based, the same information will work for beans, vegetables or soups. You can just omit the meat in your recipes and meal plans and add beans or vegetables instead.

     

     

  • Q: My family can’t tolerate milk/ or is gluten-free. Will this system still work for us?

    A: Yes! This system is based on the principle of storing what your family eats and loves. Although some of the instruction is dairy/ wheat based, the same information will work for your dairy or gluten-free preferences. For example, I teach how to make kefir out of dried kefir grains and powdered whole mik in storage. You can instead use those kefir grains to culture coconut milk instead (although you do need to feed the start diary milk before you add it to the coconut milk). Instead of whole-wheat sourdough bread, you can make gluten-free mixes, package them correctly using the methods I’ll show you, and add them to your buckets. There are tons of resources for dairy-free and gluten-free options for your storage. Adjust according to your family’s needs.

     

     

  • Q: What if I don’t want to can or make my own meals and prefer pre-packaged food, can I still make this system work for me?

    A: Yes! This system will work for EVERYONE, no matter their situation, whether you want the fastest, cheapest, and easiest way with prepackaged food (store canned, boxed foods with shorter shelf life and less nutrition), or if you still want fast but can spend a little more for freeze-dried and prepared emergency foods with longer shelf life. Or, if you have more time and money that you can commit for more nutritious and delicious food (home canned, home packaged, very healthy additions). Wherever you’re at, this system will help you.

     

     

  • Q: Is the video/pdf course refundable?

    A: No, once you receive the links to access the course I will NOT be able to give a refund because of the nature of a course like this – it gives away valuable information which is the product of hours of my work and effort. I think that’s fair for us both.

  • Q: Can several friends go in on the video together and make several copies of the PDF book to share around?

    A: No, please don’t do this. That undermines my ability to continue to provide this information.
