When you visit this site I hope you’ll imagine we’re sitting together out on the back deck in the shade of the walnut tree sipping smoothies.
It’s peaceful and we can just relax into the kind of comfortable conversation real friends have. No pretensions. No expectations. Just a safe place for sharing our hearts and learning from one another.

the real power of these principles during the hardest year of my life.
In just one year I cared for my father before he died of cancer, I supported my husband through a difficult career change, we uprooted our family with a move out of state, and I suffered onset of chronic illness. That’s four out of five of life’s most stressful events! (You can read my story here . Although I felt more grief, loss, worry, and illness than I ever had. I wasn’t crushed by these life events. Matter of fact I felt joy hope, strength and peace! I felt abundance!
To me, that means life can be deep, rich, and beautiful
Abundant Life is the promise of full access to all the good things we want in life, such as:
love • closeness to God • wellness • connection in relationships • joy • peace and contentment • courage • influence for good in the world • purpose • faith • successful families • achieving dreams • hope • reaching potential • strength • awe • confidence • enthusiasm for life • anticipation for the next blessings that are coming • plenty and enough to share • God’s guidance and direction in life.

If you’re like me, you could use some strong doses of “peace” amidst the chaos. Maybe some “plenty” when feeling empty and used up. How about a little “joy” thrown in during times of worry and despair?
HOW TO CLAIM THE ABUNDANT LIFE?
In my quest for a more abundant life I have found truths and practices that align life into a sure trajectory towards abundance, even amidst heartache and illness. I’m not perfect at it, and abundance is a journey taken a day at a time. But I have learned what creates abundance and what does NOT. When I consistently and intentionally live principles of abundance you’ll learn here, I experience the Abundant Life.
Whenever I am out of sorts and feeling overly stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, I have learned to rely on these principles to get myself back in alignment with Abundance. It’s an action plan that works. I can count on it. Are you ready to learn my secret sauce for living life more abundantly?
